About me
Jania Manarte
My path to the work I do today was not a straight one, but shaped by diverse personal and professional experiences. After completing my studies with a focus on economics and politics, I began my career in international organisations such as the United Nations and the European Union. During this time, I lived in several countries and was deeply influenced by different cultures and ways of life.
At the age of 25, my life changed abruptly when I was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition. I was suddenly confronted with illness, loss and the fragility of life. These experiences profoundly shaped me and transformed my perspective. During this challenging period, I came to understand the importance of self-care and finding the right kind of therapeutic support. Through my own therapeutic journey, I experienced how meaningful and transformative this process can be and found a deeper sense of purpose.
Today, I support people who are facing life changes, personal crises or health-related challenges, accompanying them on their path towards greater well-being, self-determination and quality of life.
